  • $135 or $150 cost is for the minimum 10 people (adults and children)

  • Extra Players $10 each (adults and children - sweet treat included)

  • Non playing adults $3 each (sweet treat not included)

  • Everyone checks in at clubhouse (players and non players)

  • Includes 2 mini golf games for each player

  • One shaved ice, slushy, or ice cream for each player

  • Novelty golf ball for guest of honor

  • Two Birtee lanyard scorecard holders for group, one additional scorecard holder per 5 extra players

  • Use of pavilion for two hours

INSTRUCTIONS:  Click on INVITATION image.  Fill in the blanks on the screen.  Print on color printer on cardstock (8.5 X 11 inches).  Cut each invitation out with scissors.
